  • Salted Yolk Custard Filling, Salted Yolk Lava Center, Buttery Pastry Skin

• Red Bean Mooncake
  • Red Bean Paste, Traditional Mooncake Pastry Skin

• Pandan Lotus Snowskin Mooncake
  • Lotsu Seed Filling, Snowskin Exterior made with Fresh Pandan Extract

• Cantonese Style Mooncake: 5 Kernel
  • My Mother's Recipe. A complicated list of ingredients but the main ones are Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, MQL Wine, Pork Fat, Chinese Sausage.
